Microarray data is available for seven brain regions collected from five experimental conditions: sleep
deprivation, recovery sleep, and three time-of-day controls.
The brain regions include four regions associated with sleep-wake regulation or circadian rhythm:
suprachiasmatic nucleus, locus coeruleus, tuberomammillary nucleus and lateral hypothalamus in the
vicinity of the hypocretin neurons. In order to assess the effect of sleep deprivation on gene expression
in regions potentially involved in mood, memory, or executive function, an additional three brain regions
were analyzed by microarray: orbital cortex, cortical amygdala (posteromedial), and dorsal entorhinal
cortex.
140 microarray files
are available for download in text, Codelink, and Rosetta Resolver file formats.Choose a file format that
is compatible with your preferred microarray analysis software.
