ALLEN Mouse Brain Atlas
About AGEA
An interactive relational atlas based on spatial correlations of gene expression data for thousands of genes in the Allen Mouse Brain Atlas.
Place crosshairs over a point of interest and use the three discovery tools to explore the genetic architecture of the brain:
- Correlation mode: visualize the degree of transcriptome similarity between a user-specified reference point and the rest of the brain
- Use the Find Genes button to retrieve a list of genes that mark a region of interest
- Clusters mode: view neural subdivisions based solely on gene expression profiles
About the Allen Mouse Brain Atlas
